APNIC Autonomous System Number Request Form
What is this form used for?
---------------------------
This form is for use by organisations requesting an Autonomous System
(AS) number used to enable routing in multihomed environments.
It may be used by APNIC members and non-members with a valid
APNIC account name.
If your organisation is requesting an AS number on behalf of a
customer, please be aware that your organisation must return the AS
number to APNIC if the customer ceases connectivity with you.

Eligibility for an AS number
----------------------------
Organisations requesting an AS number should see RFC 1930 to determine
whether an AS number is justified.

AS numbers are avilable to both current APNIC members and non-
members. Non-members must first obtain an APNIC account name.
